• To create and manage your account (performance of our contract with you).
• To provide the Service, including generating and storing your audiobooks (contract).
• To prevent fraud and keep the Service secure (legitimate interests).
• To improve our product and respond to support requests (legitimate interests).
• To send service and account notifications you would expect (contract / legitimate interests).

Payment information is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not store your full payment details.

• Service providers and subprocessors that host, power, and support the Service (cloud hosting, AI text-to-speech processing, email delivery, analytics).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. When data is no longer needed, or after you delete your account, we delete or anonymise it, except where we must retain it to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can exercise many of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us at oqb198@yahoo.com. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority, and we will respond within one month.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
